Send your package with PaxelBig and enjoy automatic shipment insurance, which will be added when you create a delivery in the Paxel app. The insurance fee is IDR 2,500 for coverage up to IDR 50 million.

For Accessories, Electronics & Gadgets item type, the following terms apply:

• If the item value is below IDR 30 million, the insurance fee is IDR 2,500 with coverage up to IDR 30 million.
• If the item value is IDR 30–50 million, charged at 0.15% of the item value, with coverage up to IDR 50 million.

Meanwhile, for Book & Document packages and Ornamental Plants, a different scheme applies: coverage up to IDR 5 million for an additional fee of IDR 2,500.
