Is there insurance for packages sent using PaxelBig?
Yes. For PaxelBig shipments, the insurance scheme is generally the same as for Same Day, Next Day, and Regular services, with the following details:
- High Value Shipments are required to be insured:
- Item value below IDR 10 million: Insurance fee of IDR 2,500 with coverage of up to IDR 10 million.
- Item value between IDR 10 million and IDR 30 million: Insurance fee of 0.10% of the declared item value with coverage of up to IDR 30 million.
- Item value between IDR 30 million and IDR 50 million: Insurance fee of 0.15% of the declared item value with coverage of up to IDR 50 million.
- Food Shipments: An additional insurance fee of IDR 2,500 applies, with coverage of up to IDR 10 million.
- Books, Documents, and Ornamental Plant Shipments: An additional insurance fee of IDR 2,500 applies, with coverage of up to IDR 5 million.
