How to quickly input data for package pick-up or delivery?
You can take advantage of the "Saved Addresses" feature which you can access in the "Account" menu. Save the address you want, then click on "Saved Address" in the input pick-up location or input the delivery location when you make a delivery. After you select the saved address, the location, name, and phone number will be automatically filled in.
You can use the @phonenumber feature in the pick-up location or delivery location input. You can input your relative's phone number starting with "@" provided that the phone number has been registered in the Paxel application and has saved the home address in the Paxel application. With the @phonenumber feature, the location, name, and phone number will be automatically filled in.
