How to track my package with Paxel?

You can track your package in 2 ways:

Paxel Application

  • On the My Transactions menu, in the All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click on your active shipment. You can track when your package:

Created successfully, Will be picked up by Hero Paxel, Has been picked up by Hero Paxel, Is in a transit city, Will be delivered to the recipient by Hero Paxel, Unable to deliver.

  • On the My Transactions menu, click the Shipment History button in the upper right corner, in the All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click on your completed shipment. You can track:

History of cancellation of delivery of your package, History of rejection of delivery of your package, History of delivery of your package that has been received by the recipient, History of returning your package to your sender.

On Android, you can also track your package with the QR SCAN located on your delivery page in the Paxel app. Click your AWB and a QR Code will appear.

  • Go to https://paxel.co/id/track-shipments
  • Enter the AWB (Airway Bill) number and click track shipment
  • You can track up to 20 shipments at the same time
