How to change pick-up/delivery address on active shipment?
You can change the package pick-up schedule before the Hero (Paxel courier) en route to pick up your package. Here's how to change your package pick-up schedule:
- Open the Paxel apps, on the My Transactions menu, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click your active delivery.
- On the delivery details page, click the more icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, then select Reschedule Pickup Time
- Choose a new pick up time according to your convenience, then click Done
- Our Hero will pick up your package according to the latest pick-up schedule
