How to change the estimated delivery schedule for Lew@tBox active shipments?
You can change the package delivery schedule before the Hero (Paxel courier) en route to pick up your package. Here's how to change your package delivery schedule:
- Open the Paxel APP
- Select the My Transactions menu, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, then click your active delivery.
- On the shipping details page, click the more icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, then select Reset Delivery Time
- Choose a new delivery time according to your convenience, then click Done
- Our hero will send your package according to the latest delivery schedule
