How much is the admin fee charged for Paxel service transactions?
Effective July 13, 2026, the admin fees for Paxel service transactions, including package delivery and PaxelBox rental, are as follows:

| DANA | 1,5% dari nilai transaksi |
| ShopeePay | 1,7% dari nilai traksaksi |
| GoPay | 2% dari nilai transaksi |
| Cash on Pick-up (COP) | Rp500,- per transaksi |
Notes:
Paxel delivery admin fees charged are calculated from shipping costs and other additional costs (for example Safe Food Guarantee fees, Frozen Handling, additional packaging, etc).
