How long to refund the e-Wallet and Paxel Credit balance when the delivery is canceled or fails?

If delivery is canceled or fails, the balance will be refunded within 24 hours of successful payment.

The e-Wallet balance will be refunded in the form of the e-Wallet balance that you choose for payment, except for the OVO and ShopeePay balances will be refunded in the form of Paxel Credit.

 

*Note: 

  • You cannot cancel the delivery with ShopeePay payment between 00:00-06:00
  • Terms and conditions can change at any time
