How do I change my pick-up time?
You can change your pick-up time before our Hero (Paxel's courier) is on the way to pick-up your package. Below is the steps to change your pick-up schedule:
- Open Paxel application here
- On page From Me/To Me, click your active shipment
- On detail shipment page, click icon more (three dots) in top right corner and then choose Reschedule Pickup
- Choose new pick-up time as your convenience, and click Continue
- Our Hero will pick up your package as per the newest pick-up time
