How to cancel my Lew@tBox shipment?
1. If you cancel the shipment before you scan the QR Code you get. Here's how to cancel a shipment:
- Open the Paxel app here
- Select the My Transactions menu, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, then click your active shipment.
- On the QR Code page, click the Cancel Shipment Order button
- Select Cancellation Confirmation, then enter the reason for cancellation, then click Cancel.
- Click Confirm for final confirmation.
Note: Canceled shipments will be entered on the History page
2. If you cancel the shipment after you put the package into the PaxelBox and the Hero has not arrived at the PaxelBox location. Here's how to cancel the shipment:
- Open the Paxel app here
- Select the My Transactions menu, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, then click your active delivery.
- On the shipping details page, click the more icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, then select Cancel Shipment.
- Select Confirm Cancellation, then enter the reason for cancellation, then click Cancel.
- Click Confirm for final confirmation.
- Scan the QR Code you get to open the locker and pick up the canceled package.
Notes:
- Canceled shipments will be entered into the History page
- Packages canceled by the sender/receiver will not be picked up by the Hero, and the Paxel balance will be returned automatically
