How to change the estimated delivery schedule for PaxelAmplop active shipments?
You can change the package delivery schedule before the Hero (Paxel courier) en route to pickup your package. Here's how to change your package delivery schedule:
- Open the Paxel App
- Select the My Transactions menu, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, then click your active delivery.
- On the delivery details page, click the more icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, then select Reset Delivery Time
- Choose a new delivery time according to your convenience, then click Done
- Our hero will deliver your package according to the latest delivery schedule
