You can send packages via Paxel with various delivery services available from Sameday delivery, Instant Delivery, and PaxelBig Delivery. Here's how to create the shipment.

Sameday Delivery

1. The first step is to download or update the Paxel application to the latest version
2. Open the Paxel application and select the Create Shipment menu
3. Enter the Enter Sender and Receiver data info
4. Then, the fastest delivery option will be available according to your shipment route. You can choose the Sameday service for your delivery.
5. Select the estimated pick-up and arrival time as desired, package details (size, type of item, and additional insurance), to additional donations (optional)
6. After completing the shipping data info and making sure your data is correct, then click "PAY NOW /PAY NOW"
7. Select the payment method, then click "PAY NOW / PAY NOW". There are various payments available, ranging from Cash On Pick-up (COP) payments or non-cash payments with Paxel Credit or E-Wallet.
8. The delivery is successful and wait for the Hero to pick up the package according to the estimated pick-up time that you have specified.

Paxel Instant Delivery 

1. Download or update the Paxel application to the latest version, then open the Paxel application and select the Instant or Create Shipment menu
2. Enter the data of the Sender and Recipient (Address, Name, and Phone Number)
3. Next, select the type of item you want to send and write the complete name of the item so that your package gets the right protection
4. Make sure the data filled in is correct, then click "PAY NOW"
5. Select the payment method you want and click "PAY NOW". Non-cash payments are available for Paxel Instant shipments starting from Paxel Credit and e-Wallets.
6. Done! Your shipment is processed and wait for the GoSend courier to pick up your package.

PaxelBig Delivery 

1. Open the Paxel application and select the PaxelBig or Create Shipment menu
2. Setup your package pick-up and delivery times
3. Input data receiver and sender package
4. Complete your package information (package size, package weight, item type, and additional insurance), to add a donation
5. Choose a payment method (Available non-cash payments for PaxelBig shipments starting from Paxel Credit and e-Wallet)
6. After payment is complete, your package will be picked up by Hero Paxel or Bluebird Driver.
