How to track a Lew@tBox shipment?

You can track your packages in 2 ways:

1. Paxel App

On the My Transactions menu, in the All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click on your active shipment. You can track when your packages:

  • Successfully booked a locker
  • The Package will be picked up by Hero Paxel
  • The package has been picked up by Hero Paxel
  • Being in a transit
  • The package will be delivered to the Recipient by Hero Paxel
  • Unable to deliver

On the My Transactions menu, click Shipment History in the upper right corner, in the All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click on your completed shipment. You can track:

  • History of cancellation of your package delivery
  • Delivery history of your package that has been received by the recipient
  • History of returning your packages to shipper
