Paxel Application is Updated, There are many cooler features
#SahabatPaxel have you updated the Paxel app to the latest version 2.7? The Paxel application has been updated with more cooler features to new delivery services that make your life easier, especially in the process of sending packages.
Various features are getting cool, starting from taking pictures when sending packages with Lew@tBox to the new look of the My Rewards menu which is unique and more exciting. There are many other cool features in the latest version of the Paxel 2.7 application, let's just take a look at the detailed information below.
1. Taking Pictures of Packages at Lew@tBox Delivery
There is a feature update on Lew@tBox delivery that helps you send packages from PaxelBox more securely. In the latest version 2.7, there is an additional step for sending Lew@tBox packages, which is to take a picture of your package to send from PaxelBox.
This feature can be taken when creating a shipment in Paxel apps at the "Add Package Details" section of the menu. When taking pictures of packages to be sent with Lew@tBox, make sure the photos of your packages are visible.
2. Package Arrive Notifications for Instant Service and PaxelMarket
Now you can view package arrival notifications in the Inbox menu in the Paxel app when using Instant delivery and PaxelMarket services. Send instant packages or order your favorite food more conveniently and safely by checking delivery notifications easily which are directly available on the Paxel application.
3. Contact Customer Empathy Through My Transaction
In this latest version of the application, you can contact Customer Empathy via WhatsApp more easily by visiting the My Transactions menu in the Paxel application. You can click on shipments or PaxelBox in the My Transactions menu to contact Customer Empathy.
4. New Look of My Rewards Menu
Getting Rewards or prizes is even more exciting with a unique My Rewards Menu display in the form of rub coupons or vouchers. You can open Rewards or prizes by clicking on the Rewards you got and scrubbing Rewards to see the info of the Rewards details from the validity period to promo details. Next, click “Redeem Now” to start using your Rewards.
Rewards can be earned from various Paxel Programs and received on the My Rewards page that is available at the top right of the Paxel application Homepage. The new look of the Rewards Menu in the latest version of the Paxel application can make you more enthusiastic to get various Rewards from Paxel!

5. Multidrop Instant Delivery Service
There is the latest instant delivery service, Paxel Instant Multidrop to send packages to multiple shipments points or destinations (Maximum 5 shipments points) with just one transaction.
In collaboration with GrabExpress, you can send packages to many destinations with an estimated arrival time of 3-4 hours. You can create a shipment in the Instant Multidrop menu and the GrabExpress courier will pick up the package to your location.
