a. Paket Makanan

Paxel menyediakan Jaminan Makanan Aman dengan biaya tambahan Rp1.000 untuk pengiriman makanan, Dengan biaya tersebut, jenis paket makanan (makanan beku atau frozen food, makanan mudah rusak, makanan maupun tahan lama) mendapatkan perlindungan hingga Rp 1 Juta.

b. Paket High Value Shipment (Barang Bernilai Tinggi)

Untuk pengiriman barang bernilai tinggi (High Value Shipment), seperti logam mulia, aksesoris, atau peralatan elektronik dan gadget, penggunaan asuransi bersifat wajib. Berikut ini skema asuransinya:

• Nilai barang < 10 Juta: Biaya asuransi Rp2.500 dengan proteksi hingga Rp 10 Juta.
• Nilai barang Rp10-30 Juta: Biaya asuransi sebesar 0,10% dari nilai barang dengan proteksi hingga Rp 30 Juta.
• Nilai barang Rp30-50 Juta: Biaya asuransi sebesar 0,15% dari nilai barang dengan proteksi hingga Rp 50 Juta.
