How to cancel my shipment?

You can cancel the shipment before the Hero (Paxel courier) is on its way to pick up your package. Here's how to cancel a delivery:

  1. Open the Paxel app
  2. On the My Transactions page, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click your active delivery.
  3. On the delivery details page, click the more icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, then select Cancel Shipment
  4. Select Confirm Cancellation, then enter the reason for cancellation, then click Cancel Shipment.
  5. Click Confirm for final confirmation

Notes: 

  • Canceled submissions will be entered on the History page
  • The shipment canceled by the sender/receiver will not be picked up by the Hero, and the Paxel balance will be returned automatically
