You can cancel the shipment before the Hero (Paxel courier) is on its way to pick up your package. Here's how to cancel a delivery:
- Open the Paxel app
- On the My Transactions page, All Transactions/Shipments from me/Shipments for me/Other shipments, click your active delivery.
- On the delivery details page, click the more icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, then select Cancel Shipment
- Select Confirm Cancellation, then enter the reason for cancellation, then click Cancel Shipment.
- Click Confirm for final confirmation
- Canceled submissions will be entered on the History page
- The shipment canceled by the sender/receiver will not be picked up by the Hero, and the Paxel balance will be returned automatically
