“Tips menyimpan produk agar tetap baik adalah, seperti produk kue atau cake biasanya kami berikan himbauan jika akan bertahan selama 4 hari di suhu ruang, dan 7 hari di dalam chiller atau kulkas, dan bisa hingga 1 bulan di dalam freezer. Untuk Risol Mayo, kami berikan himbauan tidak lebih dari 10 hari berada di freezer, dan untuk Chicken Katsu kami berikan maksimal simpan selama 14 hari di dalam freezer,” imbuh Nubli menjelaskan batas waktu penyimpanan produk sebelum disantap.
