The payment method with Paxel Credit (Paxel Credit) cannot be used for purchases at app PaxelMarket.

How is My Order Processed?

Your product will be sent after the Merchant confirms the availability of the item and is ready to be picked up. To see your order status updates, don't forget to check regularly, OK!

The following is an explanation of the status on app PaxelMarket.

  1. Belum Bayar — Process where your order has not been paid
  2. Diproses — The process where your order has been paid and is waiting for a response from the Merchant for packaging and and picked up by Hero Paxel
  3. Dikirim — Your goods are in the process of being shipped
  4. Selesai — Your item has been received
  5. Dibatalkan — Your order has been cancelled
Where Should I Ask If There's a Problem?
