Sukabumi. Alhamdulillah saat ini sudah buka Rumah Makan di Jl. Siliwangi no. 79 Cibadak, Kab. Sukabumi,” ucapnya.

2. Asal Usul Nama Catering Sibabah

Nama Catering Sibabah hingga logo yang saat ini dikenal diambil dari keluarga, tepatnya orang tua. “Si Babah ini diambil dari panggilan orang tua (Bapak Ade Suwangsa). Dan logo untuk Catering Si Babah juga merupakan karakter dari orangtua (Bapak Ade dan Ibu Rosana),” jelasnya.

3.Awal mula menemukan Produk Catering Sibabah

Empal Gepuk merupakan salah satu menu yang ditawarkan oleh Catering Sibabah dan menghadirkan dalam bentuk kemasan sejak pandemi. Kemunculan Empal Gepuk Kemasan pun mendapatkan respon positif dari pelanggan dari dalam kota maupun luar kota. “Alhamdulillah produk Empal Gepuk Si Babah direspon positif oleh konsumen, baik di Sukabumi maupun Luar Sukabumi,” ucapnya.

Dalam menjaga kualitas produk Catering Sibabah, Riza menggunakan bahan baku yang fresh, resep yang sesuai SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) dan proses pemasakan yang higienis. “Bahan baku yang fresh mulai dari daging sapi, bumbu rempah, serta resep sesuai SOP ditambah proses masak yang higienis menjadi kunci produk Catering Sibabah bisa bertahan lama,” terangnya. Ia pun setiap harinya turut mengawasi proses produksi agar kualitas produk dapat tetap terjaga.

Selain Empal Gepuk (400gr dan 250gr), Catering Sibabah menawarkan beragam produk mulai dari Empal Suwir, Gepuk Ayam, Oseng Iga, Tongkol Suwir, Paru Ungkep, Aneka Pepes, dan Bakakak Ayam Kampung. Empal Gepuk kemasan 400gr menjadi produk yang paling best seller. “Per harinya Sibabah bisa memenuhi sampai 250-an box Empal Gepuk dalam bentuk kemasan,” ucapnya. Peminat tertinggi Empal Gepuk Si Babah sendiri banyak berasal dari kota Jakarta Barat dan Jakarta Selatan.

5.Tips Catering Sibabah Hadapi Tantangan hingga Sukses Seperti Sekarang

Beradaptasi dengan perubahan menjadi kunci Catering Sibabah dalam menghadapi tantangan selama berbisnis hingga bisa sukses seperti sekarang. “Terus melakukan riset, berinovasi serta menambah wawasan di bisnis kuliner, sehingga bisa terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan,” terangnya.

Riza menjelaskan bahwa Empal Gepuk Kemasan meggunakan kemasan divacuum yang bisa bertahan selama 4 hari dalam suhu ruang, 7 hari di kulkas dan 30 hari di freezer. “Tinggal hangatkan 3 menit saja, Empal Gepuk Si Babah siap disantap dengan nasi hangat,” ucapnya. Dalam menjaga produk tetap segar, Empal Gepuk yang sudah jadi akan langsung divacuum dan dimasukkan ke dalam freezer.

7. Cara mempromosikan produk Catering Sibabah

Catering Sibabah mempromosikan produknya melalui online marketing mulai dari media sosial hingga e-commerce. “Empal Gepuk Si Babah sendiri dipromosikan melalui online marketing, baik di social media, website serta e-commerce. Baik dengan traffic berbayar maupun organic,” jelas Riza. Ia juga mengatakan bahwa terkadang menawarkan promo pada momen-momen tertentu, terutama memberikan (promo) kepada pelanggan setia yang sudah sering melakukan pemesanan di Catering Sibabah.

Dalam menjaga pelanggan bisa setia dan puas terhadap produk Catering Sibabah, Riza membangun interaksi dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. “Selalu menanyakan dan berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan, seperti menanyakan respon, kritik, saran, masukan, sehingga membuat kami bisa terus berkembang dan memperbaiki produk Empal Gepuk Si Babah,” paparnya.

8. Suka Duka Dalam Menjalankan Bisnis

Pelaku usaha tentunya melewati suka dan duka selama menjalankan bisnis, tak terkecuali Riza selama mengembangkan usaha kuliner Catering Sibabah. Duka yang ia alami adalah ketika ada perubahan algoritma media sosial hingga operasional yang terkadang masih keteteran. “Karena Empal Gepuk Si Babah Sebagian besar dipasarkan melalui iklan berbayar, sehingga Ketika ada perubahan algoritma, harus siap untuk beradaptasi agar hasilnya tetap maksimal. Selain itu, untuk operasional kadang masih keteteran, ketika orderan yang datang membludak,” ungkapnya.

Sukanya dalam menjalankan usaha kuliner Catering Sibabah adalah perkembangan bisnis yang dirasakan dengan bertambahnya jumlah karyawan. “Alhamdulillah, Catering Si Babah dari awalnya hanya 2 karyawan, sekarang sudah lebih dari 30 karyawan tergabung, mulai dari bagian Operasional sampai Marketing,” ucapnya.
